To strengthen our ability to handle large and complex transactions, both domestic and cross-boarder, we have a close relationship with UK based property services provider Savills. Heilo is the international associate of Savills in Norway.

HISTORY

Heilo Finans AS was established in 1994 by Leif-Erik Halleen, Sverre Smedberg and Trond Sejersted Bødtker. In 2011 Marius Wolf Meedom became the company´s fourth principal. Heilo Eiendom AS, which is authorised by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway to undertake real estate broking, is 100% owned by Heilo Finans.

The company is named after the Norwegian bird the Heilo, a bird known as the ”the mountain wanderer’s companion”
